Elevating Dental Journalism and Communications

The American Association of Dental Editors and Journalists (AADEJ) was chartered in 1931. It comprises individuals, publications, and organizations with a dedicated interest in enhancing communication within the dental profession and raising the standards of dental journalism. The organization is steadfast in its commitment to promoting responsible editorial policies and ethical journalism.

Member publications represent state dental associations, component societies, dental specialty groups, alumni, dental auxiliary, student, and commercial publications.

Editors and staff associated with the production of dental publications and others interested in dental journalism are eligible to join the AADEJ.  Enjoy networking with other editors and staff in the dental world. Take advantage of the webinars, seminars, annual meeting, and dental editor universities to enhance your skills, your publication, and awareness of current trends, in print, digital, and social media. AADEJ also offers credits to earn a Certified Dental Editor accreditation.
